Charpy Impact Test
This test evaluates the toughness of the material by measuring the energy required to fracture it.
Microstructural Analysis
This test assesses whether the appropriate heat treatment has been applied.
Hardness Test
The product’s hardness is measured to ensure it meets the specified hardness criteria.
Spectrometer Analysis
This analysis examines the ratios of elements in the raw material to confirm its proper composition.
Flatness Test
The flatness of the product’s surface is evaluated to determine compliance with the desired specifications. This test is specifically conducted on Coulter disc products.
3D Scanning Measurements
Labels are affixed to the material, and specialized scanning equipment is used to perform the measurement. This technique verifies complex measurements that traditional tools cannot achieve.
